Cancellation and Refund Policy
Understanding your options if your plans change after booking a consulting session.
Consulting sessions at The Auto Herald are booked in advance and involve preparation time before your call. This policy sets out what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations more than 48 hours before your session
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled session, you are entitled to a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional charge. To cancel, email advaith@theautoherald.com with your booking reference.
Cancellations within 48 hours of your session
Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session are not eligible for a refund. However, you may reschedule once without penalty, provided you notify us before the original session time.
No-shows
If you do not attend your session and have not contacted us beforehand, the session fee is forfeited. Please get in touch as early as possible if something comes up.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider. You will receive a confirmation by email once the refund has been initiated.
Special circumstances
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel due to a medical emergency or other exceptional circumstance, please reach out and we will handle it on a case-by-case basis.
