Bentley Motors unveiled the Batur Convertible at an exclusive event in Bab Al Shams, Dubai, marking the third coachbuilt Bentley of the modern era.

Handcrafted by Mulliner, this limited-run two-seater is restricted to just 16 units, each bearing the final and most powerful version of Bentley’s legendary W12 engine—an awe-inspiring 6.0-litre twin-turbocharged unit producing 750 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque.

With production of the W12 ending this summer, the Batur Convertible stands as a pinnacle farewell to Bentley’s iconic powertrain.

Design and Engineering Artistry

The Batur Convertible draws design inspiration from the Bacalar barchetta and Batur coupé, evolving Bentley’s design DNA for open-air grand touring. The Engineering Car showcased in Dubai wears Midnight Emerald paint with High Gloss Carbon Fibre elements and a bold Satin Dark Titanium grille.

A striking Gloss Mandarin to Gloss Beluga fade in the grille matrix and a distinctive Batur Racing Stripe in Gloss Porpoise with Mandarin accents seamlessly connect the exterior to the bespoke cabin.

A Cabin of Infinite Possibilities

Inside, the wraparound two-seater cockpit blends Cumbrian Green and Porpoise leather with Mandarin stitching, titanium Organ Stops, and a “guitar fade” veneer stretching from gloss Beluga to carbon fibre.

Mulliner offers limitless personalisation, including 3D-printed rose gold elements crafted in collaboration with Birmingham’s master goldsmiths, featured on the Drive Mode Selector, Organ Stops, and steering wheel.
