Lucid Motors, the California brand known for technological excellence and design innovation, has launched the 2026 Lucid Gravity Grand Touring—a full-size electric SUV that combines performance, functionality, and forward-thinking design. As the first SUV in its segment with a true no-compromise offering, the Gravity Grand Touring is a trailblazer in the luxury electric SUV market, with an unprecedented blend of range, performance, room, and user-focused technology.

Design and Versatility: Comfort Redefined

The Lucid Gravity comes in a five- and seven-passenger setup, providing spacious room with a sleek, uncomplicated style. The three-row model provides more than 111 cu. ft. of available cargo space, while the five-seater adds to this 120 cu. ft. With all seats filled, the SUV still provides 21 cu. ft. of cargo room behind the third row.

Adjustable air suspension provides a smooth ride on all surfaces, while the optional sliding second-row seats with integrated convenience tables improve the back-seat ride. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Gravity has a whopping towing capacity of 6,000 lbs, when the towing package is ordered.

Powertrain and Dynamics: Supercar Performance in SUV Form

Powering the Gravity Grand Touring is a twin-motor all-wheel-drive system producing 828 hp and 0–60 mph in just 3.4 seconds. This high-performance SUV is mounted on a custom platform with massive Brembo co-developed brake calipers for assured stopping power.

A sophisticated rear-axle steering system—drawn from European sports cars—adds to agility, providing a tight turning radius for city driving while improving stability at speed.

Charging Technology: Industry-Leading Speed and Compatibility

The Lucid Gravity is designed with an in-house created 926V architecture supporting up to 400 kW DC fast charging, allowing for 200 miles of range in less than 11 minutes. Lucid’s advanced boost system uses the rear drive unit to leverage voltage compatibility with both 500V and 1000V charging stations—providing effortless access to networks such as Tesla Superchargers and Electrify America.

Digital Experience: UX 3.0 and Clearview Cockpit

The cockpit features a 34-inch curved 6K OLED screen, combined with a reimagined horizontal Pilot Panel and an optional augmented reality head-up display. The ecosystem is powered by Lucid’s new UX 3.0 interface, providing an intuitive, driver-centric operating experience with over-the-air update capability to ensure changing feature access over time.

Looking Ahead

With the Gravity Grand Touring, Lucid has defied the traditional definition of a luxury SUV with an electric flagship that redefines range, ride, room, and refinement. It is not a car—it is a declaration of what uncompromising automotive design in the electric era looks like.

Lucid

The 2026 Lucid Gravity Grand Touring begins at $94,900, and the Touring model, which comes later in 2025, starts at $79,900. Both can be ordered in the U.S. and are built at Lucid’s cutting-edge Arizona factory.
