Bentley Motors has expanded its electrified portfolio with the debut of the new High Performance Hybrid powertrain across the fourth-generation Continental GT, Continental GT Convertible (GTC), and Flying Spur ranges. Doubling the available drivetrain options, this new V8 plug-in hybrid (PHEV) sits just below the brand’s flagship Ultra Performance Hybrid and redefines Bentley’s daily supercar family.

Advanced Powertrain and Electrified Performance

At the heart of the latest models is an advanced 4.0-litre twin-turbo V8 paired with a powerful electric motor, generating a combined output of 680 PS and 930 Nm of torque. This new High Performance Hybrid surpasses even the previous generation’s W12 Speed powertrain across all performance benchmarks. It offers an electric-only range of up to 85 km (53 miles) and CO₂ emissions as low as 29 g/km, enabling luxurious motoring with environmental consciousness.

The new Continental GT and GTC retain their hallmark silhouette and feature enhancements like a gloss black matrix grille, Harmony-inspired headlamps, and bright chrome tailpipe finishers. Inside, hand-crafted straight-fluted seats bear the “Handcrafted in Crewe” inscription, while switchgear and air vents are finished in either bright or dark chrome.
